Digital Marketing Manager

?? Your Role:
You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention for a UK-based B2B SaaS audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to a UK-based B2B SaaS market
- Own and manage digital channels including SEO/SEM, email, social media, content, and paid ads
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize for CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to create high-impact, value-driven content
- Manage marketing automation and CRM tools to improve lead nurturing and funnel performance
- Allocate budgets effectively to maximize campaign ROI
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
- Work with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies where needed
- Create data-rich reports that translate performance into clear insights and actions
?? What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Strong grasp of digital tools and performance marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, churn)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Zoho, and social platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Self-motivated and collaborative mindset with an eye for growth and innovation
